What is the reservation deposit? A 25% deposit paid in advance to hold reservation.

What is your Minimum Age? Renters must be 18 years of age for all rental equipment including personal watercraft (Jet Skis/Wave Runners).

What about Liability? Renter assumes all risks, and will be responsible for 100% of all costs and expense of any character, arising from the use, possession or maintenance of said equipment. Crosslake Rental is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused directly or indirectly in the use of said rental equipment.

Where can I use the equipment? All rental equipment can be used anywhere in the Brainerd Lakes area

Do you accept credit cards? Yes, We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Reservation Deposit? Deposit required to reserve equipment. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.

Damage Deposit? $500.00 Damage deposit due prior to all rentals. A damage deposit will be held for any damage that may occur while the rental equipment is in the possession of the lessee. The deposit will be respectfully refunded upon the satisfactory return of the rental equipment.

Cancellations? 10 days notice of cancellation required for deposit refund.

Taxes? All rates are listed plus tax. Applicable taxes will be added to your balance due on check-in.

When can I check out a rental and check in a rental unit? All rentals check out after 10:00 A.M. Return before 8:00P.M.

What are the late fees? $50.00 charge per hour for extra hours over the contracted amount unless an additional day is added upon rental unit availabiliy

IMPORTANT MINNESOTA LAW!

A 13 year old must have a watercraft operator's permit to operate a personal watercraft. They also must be observed by a person 18 years of age or older.

Pesons 13-17 years may operate a personal watercraft without a watercraft operator's permit if someone 18 or older accompanies them on board the craft.

Persons a least 14 years but less that 18 may operate a personal watercraft alone, if they have a valid watercraft operator's permit.
